Wendy Akune: Gentle Yoga

Wendy Akune is a certified yoga teacher and registered holistic nutritionist. She has specialized in teaching 55+ yoga for over 10 years.  In her classes, there is an emphasis on creating body awareness, both anatomically and experientially. Classes include strengthening and stretching, as well as a focus on mindfulness and harmony of the whole body.
